Your OTE could be up to £75k with car allowance and bonus and plenty of progression into more senior roles.

Key aspects of the role:
* Manage three offices within the Responsive Repairs side of the business.
* Oversee subcontractors and manage any disputes.
* Preparing CVRs and valuations to monitor the performance of contracts.
* Maintain and lead a Surveying team within the responsive repairs business arm.
* Mentor trainee and graduate quantity surveyor to high standards.
What you'll need:
* Experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor at a minimum.
* Repairs/Maintenance sector knowledge in lieu of Retrofit/Refurbishment
* Experience working with Subcontractors
