Howard Finley Care Ltd is seeking a dynamic Registered Manager to lead a well-established 30-bed residential service for older adults in a warm, person-centred environment.

As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring high-quality, safe, and effective care delivery that meets CQC standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a committed provider that values both its residents and its team.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, inspire, and manage a dedicated care team.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements, including CQC.
* Maintain high occupancy and manage budgets effectively.
* Build positive relationships with residents, families, professionals, and the wider community.
* Drive quality improvement and continuous development across the service.
About You
* You must hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or be working towards it).
* Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a similar setting.
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* Passionate about delivering outstanding person-centred care.
* A solid understanding of CQC regulations and safeguarding principles.
