About the role We're looking for a highly visible and approachable Supporter Liaison Officer to act as the first point of contact for our fans on matchdays.
Your main focus will be to enhance and develop the matchday experience for supporters at St James' Park and selected away games.
You'll work closely with Supporter Services, Box Office, Facilities, Venue Operations, and key external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and exceptional fan engagement.
You'll also maintain accurate supporter data, attend planning meetings, and represent the Newcastle United brand in a positive and professional manner.
Flexibility to work home matchdays, selected away matches, weekends, and bank holidays is essential.
