The Role As a Science ECT, you will: • Deliver engaging and well-structured science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. • Develop pupils’ curiosity, scientific thinking and practical skills. • Work collaboratively with a knowledgeable Science team, sharing resources and ideas. • Participate in enrichment opportunities, STEM clubs and science events. • Receive structured support throughout your two-year ECT induction. Requirements • Completing a PGCE (or equivalent) and holding QTS. • A strong subject background in science (any discipline welcome). • A passion for inspiring young people to enjoy and pursue science. • Good behaviour management and clear communication skills. • A reflective practitioner committed to improving practice.
