Warehouse Supervisor
Salary: £28,000-£30,000 DOE
Hours: 8:15am - 6:15pm
Location: Bracknell
We are looking for an organised and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to support the daily running of a busy distribution warehouse. This hands-on role involves overseeing warehouse operations, supervising staff, maintaining stock accuracy, and ensuring customer deliveries are dispatched on time.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations
* Oversee goods in/goods out, picking, packing, loading and unloading
* Ensure next-day delivery orders are processed accurately and on time
* Monitor stock levels, cycle counts, and warehouse scanning systems
* Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies
* Support, train, and motivate warehouse staff
* Maintain high standards of housekeeping and health & safety
* Coordinate deliveries, transfers, and incoming stock efficiently
* Work closely with office and transport teams to ensure smooth operations
Skills & Experience
* Previous warehouse experience in a supervisory or team leader role
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Experience with stock control and warehouse systems
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Good understanding of warehouse health & safety
* Forklift licence beneficial but not essential
