My client is looking for an experienced IFA Administrator to join their Bristol-based team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with more than 2 years experience in IFA administration who thrives in a client-focused environment.
The Role:
1. Provide full administrative support to Financial Planners, ensuring excellent client service through direct client contact and collaboration with operational colleagues
2. Work closely with aligned Financial Planners to deliver outstanding client outcomes
3. Build and maintain strong client relationships with regular contact
4. Maintain back-office systems and client records in line with company policies
5. Request policy information from third-party providers, where applicable
6. Liaise with operational teams to support activities such as scripts, transfers, corporate actions, or static data changes
7. Prepare meeting packs and valuations as required
8. Assist Investment Managers in the preparation of new business pitches and presentations
About You:
9. Proven experience within financial services, ideally in a client support or administration role
10. Strong client service ethic with excellent communication skills
11. Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively under pressure
12. Excellent written and verbal communication, organisational skills and the ability to influence when needed
13. Good judgement and problem-solving skills
