Salary:£30,000 - £36,000 (DOE)

Responsibilities
* Run and Optimise Paid Campaigns: Manage campaigns across Meta, YouTube, and Google to drive lead generation for webinars and events.
* Working with large budgets
* Performance Monitoring: Keep a daily eye on performance and adjust budgets accordingly to maximise ROI
* Creative Testing: Experiment with creatives, audiences, copy, and landing pages to discover what resonates best
* Funnel Improvement: Boost conversion rates by enhancing the entire funnel, from clicks to registrations to event attendance
* Lead Magnet Development: Create and test engaging lead magnets that attract potential customers
* Data Analysis: Dive into performance data, report insights clearly, and make recommendations for improvement
* Campaign Scaling: Identify winning campaigns and strategise to scale them effectively
* Collaboration: Work closely with copy and design teams to enhance overall results

Experience Required
