The role You will manage a varied caseload of serious and sensitive matters, including: Birth injury and surgical error claims Brain and spinal injury cases Misdiagnosis and delayed diagnosis claims Fatal accident investigations and coroner’s inquests Complex multi‑track clinical negligence litigation Candidate profile Applications are welcomed from solicitors with a background in clinical negligence, EL/PL, or broader personal injury.
