Flexsource NI are working in exclusive partnership with Northern Ireland Electricity in their search for a Customer Service agent, on a temporary basis, working 24 hours per week. This role will involve working both days and evening shifts, with preset schedule.
Responsibilities
·Provide outstanding support to our customers, addressing their enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
·Assist customers with information on our services, troubleshooting, and other electricity network related enquiries.
·Maintain a deep understanding of our services, and policies to provide accurate and efficient support.
·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues promptly.
·Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers.
·Ensure compliance with company guidelines and quality standards in every customer interaction.
·Document customer interactions and feedback to contribute to process improvements.
·Stay updated on industry trends and product developments to provide informed support.
Requirements
·Previous customer service experience, ideally in a contact centre environment
·A strong communicator, with a customer focused approach to problem solving
·Proficient IT user
