We are hiring for a Application Support Analyst based in the city of London. In this role you will be working on our cutting-edge online Quote and Bind platform. You will have a chance to Propel your career by ensuring seamless operations, delivering top-tier technical support, and revolutionizing customer experience.
For the right candidate we are looking to pay up to £45-50k (including excellent benefits like an 18% pension contribution) and the role will be 3 days a week onsite.
What you can expect from the role:
Resolving queries from platform users, both within and outside the organization.
Issue resolution by raising detailed tickets to software vendors.
Managing support tickets with finesse, ensuring rapid resolution and seamless communication with stakeholders.
User setup, contract management, and onboarding of new brokers/coverholders.
What you need to succeed in the role:
Expertise with previous experience in online systems/platforms (Insurance experience advantageous).
Experience with customer and technical support.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
