Your role:

* The GMCA's Low Carbon team have an exciting new opportunity for a Project Manager to play a pivotal role in the delivery of the Public Building Retrofit.

* The Public Building Retrofit fund is a recently devolved £28 million funding pot centred on decarbonising Greater Manchester's public buildings.

* This role will be focused on delivering associated major workstreams and building relationships with key stakeholders to aid delivery.

About you:

* This unique role needs a skilled project manager with significant experience in stakeholder and fund management and a background in low carbon delivery.
