The role: Behaviour Support Assistant We’re looking for a calm, committed Behaviour Support Assistant to support pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs within this secondary school. You’ll be working with students who may struggle with regulation, engagement, or behaviour in lessons. In a busy secondary environment, that means being a steady presence, someone who can de-escalate situations, build trust, and help students get back on track. This role is about consistency. About relationship-building. About staying calm when things feel challenging. Progress might not always be loud or dramatic, but it’s meaningful. A student staying in class. Completing a task.
