The Role:
* Special Projects: Lead projects that don't have a natural home, from launching a new market pilot to researching and implementing a new feature.
* Operations: Build and optimize internal processes to help the team scale. You will identify bottlenecks and fix them before they become issues.
* Support cross-functional coordination - work across teams to align priorities.
* Growth & BD: Act as a bridge to the market. You'll run sales experiments and help nurture early-stage partnerships.
* Research: Conduct deep-market research and data analysis to provide the founder with the insights needed to make high-stakes decisions.
* Founder Leverage: Manage high-stakes follow-ups, draft external communications, and prep presentations.

Requirements
* 2 + years of experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g., high-growth startup, top-tier consulting, investment banking, or previous founder experience).
* Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
* Strong analytical skills.
