Salary: £2,500 per month
Travel: Regional travel required across West Sussex. Travel expenses will be reimbursed, or a hire car will be provided where appropriate.
We are seeking a Mobile Facilities Support professional to support the mobilisation of a new account, providing a wide range of administrative and operational support activities.
This role will play a key part in ensuring operational readiness through training delivery, compliance management and site-based support.
Job Description
We are looking for someone who can work independently and flexibly, responding to ad hoc requests while maintaining high standards and meeting deadlines.
The role will involve supporting mobilisation colleagues and P&C / L&D teams, delivering system training, and providing on-site support across West Sussex as required.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the mobilisation of a new account through a range of admin-based tasks over a 3-month FTC.
* Deliver required tasks on time and to a high standard to support operational readiness.
* Deliver training on ISS systems to new joiners, achieving positive feedback outcomes.
* Support mobilisation colleagues and the P&C / L&D team with all WSCC-related tasks.
* Manage compliance data to ensure training readiness ahead of the launch date.
* Work independently in line with the needs and timelines of the mobilisation.
* Provide site-level support post-August when required to support operational readiness.
* Respond in an agile manner to ad hoc requests, including Excel, PowerPoint and general administrative support at site and office level.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
* Confident and engaging presenter with a creative approach to problem-solving.
* Self-motivated team player, comfortable working independently.
* Strong IT skills across Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
* Highly organised with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
* Flexible and willing to travel to schools and ISS offices as required.
* Full UK driving licence essential, with the ability to cover West Sussex.
