Christmas is a very special time of year at Chatsworth and you can be part of it by joining our friendly retail team, working 2 to 4 days per week on a fixed-term basis in one of our Retail shops. You will help us maintain our high standards of customer care by engaging with our customers and helping them with their purchases. Your other duties will include; maintaining excellent product knowledge, stock control, administration checks, light cleaning and till work. You will be given all the training and support required to help you succeed in this role. As Christmas is a very busy period you will need to have excellent customer service skills, ideally with cash handling experience too. We have the following roles available: 1. Orangery shop: Start date week commencing 27th October to week commencing 22nd December 2025. a. Sunday to Wednesday (32 hours per week) b. Thursday to Saturday (24 hours per week) Hours will be 9.30am to 6pm 2. Stables shop: Start date week commencing 27th October to week commencing 22nd December 2025. a. Sunday to Wednesday (34 hours per week) b. Thursday to Saturday (25.5 hours per week) c. Friday and Saturday (17 hours per week) Hours will be 9.30am to 6pm 3. Christmas Market Retail shop: Start date week commencing 27th October to week commencing 8th December 2025. a. Sunday to Wednesday (34 hours per week) b. Thursday to Saturday (25.5 hours per week) Hours will be 9am to 6pm All roles will have possible earlier starts and later finishes in November and December when we are most busy.
