Full Time, 3 months Secondment (or Fixed Term Contract)Salary: £29,000/annum + up to 35% bonus* + Company car
Working: Monday to Friday, 37.5hrs/weekTerritory: Birmingham and surrounding areas
The Role
We’re searching for a motivated Business Development Executive to become the face of a premium vape brand within their territories. You’ll build strong partnerships with independent retailers, increase in-store visibility, and drive increased sales in your territory.

What You’ll Be Doing
1. Visit independent retailers to promote and sell-in products
2. Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers to secure strong in-store visibility, POS placement and ranging increases
3. Take full ownership of your area, applying an entrepreneurial mindset to maximise performance

What We’re Looking For
7. Field sales experience is beneficial but not essential
8. Interest in the vaping industry or building a long-term career within it
9. A natural relationship-builder with strong communication skills
10. Self-motivated, confident, and comfortable working independently
11. Full manual driving licence held for at least 12 months
