The EPR Training Coordinator will support the planning, organisation, and delivery of training activities for the Electronic Patient Record (EPR) Programme.
Although hybrid working is available across the team, this role will be central to the EPR programme and will therefore require a minimum on-site presence of three days per week at Sherwood Forest Hospitals. During go-live or other key delivery periods, on-site requirements may increase.
The post holder will ensure that training schedules are managed effectively, resources are in place, and staff receive timely and accurate information about training requirements.
They will act as a key liaison between the Training Manager, trainers, and operational teams, helping to ensure readiness for go-live and ongoing adoption.
