Job Description:
The role
To manage a major key account for the business which will include:
* Working with the sales managers at the account to ensure the team is fully supported.
* Managing the Project Manager for the account, focusing on pastoral care, Uniphar administration, data insights, CRM management, and reporting.
* Collaborating with main stakeholders to manage Uniphar-related activities.
* Coordinating with internal teams on customer engagement, digital strategy, data insights, and CRM management.
Additional responsibilities involve developing systems and processes for client’s digital transformation, building engagement solutions, and establishing technologies to support customer engagement and brand strategies.
The Purpose
Support the company’s mission to drive insights-driven sales in healthcare by translating client objectives into effective programs leveraging in-person and digital channels.
The Head of Customer Engagement will:
* Translate client business goals into integrated programs.
* Support development of systems to deliver customer engagement solutions.
Responsibilities:
Programme Design & Third-Party Integration:
* Customer targeting, segmentation, and journey mapping.
* Defining engagement touchpoints and follow-up activities.
* Leading system integration with Data Insights and Ai-Engage teams.
* Managing compliance and data processing policies.
Client Engagement / Leadership:
* Leading third-party project teams and engagement specialists.
* Performing other reasonable tasks as needed.
Experience Level:
* Developing SOPs and KPIs.
* Sharing data and insights, integrating channels, orchestrating customer journeys.
* Producing monthly reports and recommendations.
Overview:
* Knowledge of digital marketing tools and pharmaceutical sales management.
* Strong digital thinking, understanding of HCP needs, and experience in engaging with Pharma.
* Leadership and stakeholder management skills, with a pragmatic approach.
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience as a Pharmaceutical Sales Manager.
* Understanding of digital strategies and NHS/HCP environment.
* Confidence to operate at board level, leadership skills, excellent communication, and organizational skills.
* Innovative, energetic, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
