Morton Academy has undergone significant improvement since joining United Learning, the largest academy trust in England, in 2014. The academy has a good proportion of students achieving well at GCSE and is recognized for very good behaviour standards, excellent pastoral care, and a deep commitment to student safety. Job details
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, professional, and talented Teaching Assistant (maternity cover). This role involves providing care and support for students within the Academy, working with students with significant barriers to learning, and developing or leading on specialist areas of SEND, or working in small teams to provide intervention work under the direction of the SENCo.
Applicants should demonstrate the ability to be effective team members and show a thorough commitment to student learning.
