The Role You will handle a varied and substantial commercial property caseload, supported by full secretarial assistance, allowing you to focus on technical work and client relationships. Matters will include: Sales and acquisitions of commercial property Commercial leases (acting for landlords and tenants) Property financing and secured lending Asset management work Advising on the buying, selling, leasing, owning, occupying and funding of commercial land and buildings Industrial, retail and office property transactions You will have the opportunity to develop existing client relationships, participate in business development, and grow your own caseload with the firm's support.
