Job Description
This is a senior, standalone position focused on new business development within the personal care sector. You'll be responsible for identifying and securing partnerships with brands seeking high-quality contract manufacturing solutions, leveraging the company's capabilities in formulation, production, packaging and distribution.
Duties include:
1. Lead sales and business development efforts across the UK and European markets.
2. Build relationships with brand owners, retailers, and private label businesses.
3. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow revenue and market share.
4. Represent the business at industry events and trade shows.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless on-boarding and client satisfaction.
