Responsibilities
- Be the friendly expert for all things MEMS (Merasuring Equipment Managed Service) – coordinating users, tracking costs, and sharing helpful calibration reports
- Manage test equipment across the site, ensuring everything is safe, compliant, and where it needs to be
- Administer the smooth and timely flow of test equipment in and out of Thales, ensuring calibration and repair timescales and requirements are met
- Support colleagues by guiding best practice and keeping documentation clear and up to date
- Look after special‑to‑type test equipment, labels, logs, and transfers
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers
- Keep storage areas and data archives organised and easy to use
- Help shape improvements and champion positive change
- Communicate confidently and approachably
- Maintain a detail-driven mindset and pride in accuracy
- Work comfortably and independently
- Have experience in low‑volume, bespoke manufacturing
- Be open to new ideas and continuous improvement
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience with ISO standards or test equipment is a bonus
