Location: Office Based – Essex House, Stevenage

Role Overview
As a Currency Consultant you will support branches, liaise with couriers and suppliers, manage daily currency supply, and ensure accurate helpdesk support for timely, compliant currency services.
Responsibilities
* Provide accurate, professional helpdesk support to branches and internal teams, resolving queries quickly.
* Process branch orders for currency and products, ensuring accurate, timely delivery.
* Manage daily currency supply with couriers and suppliers to maintain efficient stock distribution.
* Track, report, and raise issues with stock levels or deliveries to protect branch performance.
* Monitor the XTRIS system, updating settings and troubleshooting to keep service smooth.
* Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders to build trusted relationships.
* Liaise with third‑party partners to ensure services meet brand requirements.
* Support accurate record‑keeping for AML, GDPR, and compliance audits.
* Complete day‑end processes and rate‑sending accurately to maintain system integrity.
* Identify recurring issues and opportunities for process improvement.
* Share feedback and insights with the Currency Team Leader and Manager.
Qualifications & Qualities
* Strong attention to detail and proactive problem‑solving.
* Experience in operations, logistics, or customer service.
* Confident in communicating with colleagues, suppliers, and partners.
* Good numerical skills and ability to handle currency accurately.
* Proficient with Excel and internal systems.
* Calm and methodical under pressure.
* Enthusiasm to learn and grow in a fast‑paced environment.
* Experience with client accounts or stock management a plus.
