Are you passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? An exciting opportunity has arisen for Band 2 Social Care Assistants to join our friendly and dedicated team at The Telford Centre, a warm and welcoming residential care home supporting up to 10 residents.

At the heart of what we do is dignity, respect, and compassion. We’re looking for individuals with excellent communication skills and a genuine caring attitude who want to help residents live their best lives every day. No experience? No problem! Full training will be provided, so if you’re passionate about making a difference, we’d love to hear from you
