Customer Consultant| Permanent | Borehamwood| £22,660 with up to £27,000 OTE We are working with our well established Insurance client to seek a Customer Consultant to work in their growing Sales and Retention department. You will want to thrive to deliver a first-class customer experience whilst maximising the value of every telephone interaction with all our client customers. This is a key role ot the Customer Consultant is to focus on retaining customers at the cancel/renewal stage, handling potential objects and providing excellent customer service The Basics: Monday Friday 8.5-hour shifts with an hours lunch, shifts to cover from 9am 5:30pm Saturday shift in 3 weekends, 9:00am 1pm when time and a half will be paid. Maximise sales opportunities primarily through inbound channels including cross-selling and up-selling. Some outbound selling maybe required. Ability to confidently objection handle in order to retain customers through knowing your product while quickly building a natural rapport. Answer and handle calls promptly in an enthusiastic, courteous, and efficient manner. Be a team player, helping drive performance by constantly challenging self & by inspiring others to meet their goals. Identify and respond to the needs of customers, resolving queries where possible. Understand the clients needs & always try to exceed their expectations. Able to navigate around basic computer applications. Ability to follow a script accurately and compliantly. The skills needed: GCSEs passes A-C or equivalent, including Maths and English Microsoft Word and Excel (Basic Level) Excellent Customer Service, communication, and telephone manner Sales through service experience whilst working in a regulated environment.
