We are currently recruiting for a Quality Assurance Releaser. Within this role you are responsible for carrying out compliance and product quality tasks, providing quality oversight, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role must collaborate with all relevant departments to ensure that crucial quality systems are operated and maintained compliant. This includes batch disposition, documentation management, approval, product record review, investigations, complaints, change controls, audits, stability, and regulatory support. This is for the release of manufactured products for our Stockport Compounding site. This a permanent, full-time position and the candidate will be actively involved in the microbial monitoring and validation, and will be reporting to the QA Manager. Two week shift rotation - Monday - Friday Week 1 - 06:00 - 14:00 Week 2 - 14:00 - 22:00 Role Responsibilities Ensure compliance with cGMP, corporate standards/Baxter Quality Systems (PQS), site policies/procedures, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. Inspection and batch release of compounded products under the supervision of a Qualified Person (QP). Perform ‘in-process’ checks, and report any errors Work as an integral member of the quality team to deliver a timely, safe, quality aseptic manufacturing service to meet customer needs. Participate in the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures and to ensure processes and procedures are kept up to date. Ensure that all documentation is complete and kept in a tidy and orderly manner Join site’s microbial monitoring, validation and other programmes. Skills and Experience Good understanding of the Regulatory requirements involving pharmaceutical manufacture. Specials licence requirements and compounding/aseptic process experience is desirable Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate efficiently with all members of the unit Highly motivated Meticulous in attention to professional standards Respond well to time constraints with an ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and dedicated environment.
