To administer all aspects of engine wrapping and storage, supporting 145 as specified in the main responsibilities.
* Carry out periodic humidity inspections on all stored engines.
* Maintain an accurate overview of all engine statuses and upcoming humidity checks.
* Liaise with customers regarding high humidity events and rectification.
* Ensure all engines are covered under storage or 145 contract before engine bay input.
* Maintain a register of engine ownership.
* Coordinate with Sales to ensure engines remain under storage or 145 contract during ownership transitions.
* Wrap engines according to OEM requirements, customer requests, or contractual obligations.
* Maintain stock and serviceable tooling for engine storage and wrapping tasks.
* Maintain good housekeeping standards in the engine bay.
* Ensure engine storage or wrapping events are promptly communicated to Sales.
* Manage a register for all engine cradles under 145 care.
* Handle loading and unloading of engines and cradles in incoming or outgoing ecube movements.
* Inspect and document (including photographs) all incoming engine cradles and engines at various stages, liaising with customers for inspection findings and performing simple repairs (component replacements).
* Maintain a forklift license (up to 15 ton) and crane driver authorization to support 145 activities.
* Maintain fuel bowser driver authorization for support roles.
* Support ecube line maintenance GSE movements as required.
* Maintain Tug driver authorization for 145 and disassembly movements.
* Maintain Rubb hangar carpark and grassland to acceptable standards.
* Conduct waste collection from 145 areas and dispose of waste appropriately.
* Crush used oil cans daily and dispose of them properly.
* Handle local collection and drop-offs as needed, upon procurement of an ecube road-registered vehicle.
* Maintain the exterior 145 apron and working areas free of FOD.
* Perform facility and equipment maintenance for 145 as required.
* Work effectively under pressure, demonstrating a positive approach to problem-solving.
* Be well-organized, maintaining high accuracy levels.
* Exhibit good communication and teamwork skills.
* Possess strong manual dexterity and proficient driving skills.
* Adapt to operational needs flexibly and be highly self-motivated.
* Engine wrapping experience and aircraft maintenance background are advantageous.
