The Workshop Mechanical Fitter will be responsible for the overhaul, repair, assembly and testing of rotating equipment, primarily pump assemblies, within a workshop environment. The role requires working to high engineering standards while ensuring safety, quality and efficiency are maintained at all times. Key Responsibilities: Disassemble, inspect, repair and assemble rotating equipment, mainly pumps and motors Carry out mechanical fitting and testing activities to specification Use precision measuring equipment to ensure accuracy and quality Report on equipment condition and completed work Maintain a safe and organised workshop environment
