We are seeking an ASAP available, detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to support our Clients Talent Acquisition team during a high-volume hiring period. This role is for an initial 3 month contract term with potential for futher extension. It will be operating on a day rate basis, Inside IR35.
In this role, you’ll help deliver a smooth, positive experience for both candidates and internal hiring teams. If you excel in fast-paced environments, are highly organized, and enjoy supporting end-to-end hiring operations, this may be the perfect fit.
How You’ll Make an Impact
* Manage interview logistics using HR Software, including assembling interview packets, coordinating schedules, and collecting interviewer feedback in a timely manner.
* Partner with Recruiters to maintain accurate requisition data, effectively posting jobs, moving candidates through the hiring process, and closing requisitions once offers are accepted.
* Handle high-volume scheduling across phone, video, and onsite interviews for global teams.
* Prepare and distribute offer letters and employment agreements across multiple regions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable processes and support Talent Acquisition systems.
* Initiate background checks and coordinate with onboarding partners to ensure new hires are set up for success.
What You Bring
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
* Previous experience working in Workday or similar is advantageous
* Exceptional organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and clear communication abilities.
* Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
* Demonstrated initiative, problem-solving skills, and resourcefulness throughout the hiring and scheduling process.
* Familiarity with offer creation and background check workflows.
* Ideally hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 1–3 years of experience in recruitment coordination or a similar HR support role.
