* Lead and deliver projects across all RIBA stages, from concept design to handover.

What You\'ll Bring
* ARB accreditation with proven post-qualification experience in the UK.
* Strong design flair complemented by robust technical knowledge.
* A track record of successfully managing projects through planning, construction, and completion.
* Comprehensive understanding of UK Building Regulations.
* Proficiency in Revit (essential).
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
* Experience within the retail sector is advantageous but not essential.
