Mortons Manor in Corfe Castle is looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our Two Rosette Restaurant. The hotel is a 16th Century Manor House within the picturesque village of Corfe Castle. The hotel has recently had a fantastic renovation throughout, including our restaurant and herb garden. We are continually improving the finer details within the restaurant & kitchen in one of the best restaurants in Dorset.

The restaurant is the beating heart of the hotel offering quality food in a relaxed environment. The Restaurant Shift Supervisor is responsible for ensuring guests receive the best possible dining experience and will help guide and motivate other members of the team. Great people skills and an organised manner will help you excel in this role.
You will assist the Restaurant Manager in the daily operations of the restaurant. Ensure staff are working productively, while creating a nurturing, positive environment for the Mortons Manor team. To organise the restaurant and run it to the high standard that is expected. Always creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for our guests.
