The Estimator will deliver key business activities including preparing, completing and submitting tender bids on time and with a high degree of accuracy and, carry out site surveys and pre-contract tender negotiations.
The Estimator will be expected to manage multiple, competing activities on a daily basis:
* deliver high standards of customer service by maintaining contact with customers at all stages of the estimating process
* respond to all enquiries within a reasonable time period
* use excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a particular focus on negotiation and influencing to deliver value for money
* proactively maintain their knowledge of the latest flat roofing materials, products, trends and designs
* be able to work effectively and considerately as part of a team
* effectively utilise all relevant computer software to deliver on key objectives
