Our Client in Northamptonshire is looking for a Receptionist to join their team! Automotive experience would be an advantage but is not essential, as full training will be given.

Main Responsibilities
• Instigate and ensure regular and appropriate communication with customers, keeping the management system up to date.
• Developing and maintaining close working relationships with customer, work providers and suppliers.
• Work with other teams to attain realistic due dates for customer returns and bookings.
• Ensure confirmed dates are communicated to the customer.
• Proactively monitor progress of repair and keeping the customer informed in advance of any changes, delays, or improvements.
• Prepare timely, accurate documentation in line with customer and standard operating requirements.
• Proactively assist customers with all enquiries, ensuring the resolution of issues is clearly communicated to customers and other interested parties in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records on internal systems.
• Ensure the tidiness of the reception desk to promote the professional image of the company.
• Answer customer's questions regarding technical problems in a manner that is easily understood.
