Title:CNC Programmer Milling (Fanuc / CADCAM)

Full Time Permanent
Salary:£35,000 - £45,000 DOE

Were working in partnership with a well-established precision engineering company based in Redditch who are looking to recruit an experienced CNC Milling Programmer with strong CAD/CAM skills to join their growing team.

What You'll Be Doing
1. Programming, setting, and operating 3, 4 & 5-axis CNC milling machines
2. Creating and editing offline programs using CADCAM software ideally ESPRIT, though training can be provided for the right candidate with experience in Hypermill, EdgeCAM, or similar
3. Setting and operating machinery
4. Working from complex engineering drawings to produce components from both metal and plastic
5. Designing fixtures and tooling for bespoke, small-batch, or prototype production
6. Conducting self-inspection using micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, and height gauges
7. Collaborating with the wider engineering team to reduce cycle times and improve process efficiency
