The Role
As an Upper KS2 teacher, you will:
* Take full classroom responsibility, including planning, marking, and delivering high-quality lessons that inspire and engage students.
* Conduct assessments to track and support student progress effectively.
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.
* Work collaboratively with the school’s leadership team and other staff to maintain the high standards the school is known for.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – this is mandatory.
* Have substantial experience in Upper KS2, with a proven track record of delivering excellent outcomes.
* Be confident managing the full spectrum of classroom responsibilities, including planning, marking, and assessments.
* Demonstrate strong classroom management skills and the ability to foster a positive learning environment.
* Be ready to hit the ground running and seamlessly integrate into the school community.
