You will lead a large and ambitious Inside Sales team, taking responsibility for recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and performance management across a group of 15+ Business Sales Consultants. As a Sales Floor Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
* Motivating and leading a team of 15+ Business Sales Consultants, consistently driving high performance and engagement.
* Implementing a culture of quality through daily call reviews, live coaching, and structured feedback sessions.
* Analysing team performance daily, creating tailored development and coaching plans to maximise results.
* Monitoring KPI achievement, supporting underperformance with clear improvement strategies and conducting monthly 1:1 reviews.
* Collaborating closely with the wider Inside Sales leadership team to enhance processes, optimise results, and deliver against company growth objectives.
