We’re recruiting for an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Chichester. This is an office-based position 4 days per week, and the role requires a fluent German speaker, as you’ll be liaising regularly with German warehouse facilities.
The Supply Chain Coordinator is a varied and fast-paced role within the production and technical team, where you’ll be responsible for inventory control, import/export procedures, bills of materials, product scheduling, reporting, and maintaining accurate records.
As a Supply Chain Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:
* Maintaining production schedules and work plans
* Using bills of materials to ensure appropriate levels of built items and subassemblies
* Coordinating shipments to and from the EU and worldwide, ensuring full compliance with import and export procedures
* Liaising with customers to clear shipments efficiently
* Producing various reports, including technical documentation and production performance data
* Updating and maintaining the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
Requirements for the Supply Chain Coordinator:
* Fluent German speaker
* Strong communication skills in both English and German (written and verbal)
* Previous experience in a Supply Chain Coordinator role or similar
