About the role
The role is split into 2 parts; Deputy Pre-School Manager and Manager of the Breakfast Club & After School Club. The Deputy Pre-School Manager would be working on a rota basis with a job share between 9.00 am and 3.00 pm. This post will also require the post holder to act as the Manager when the Manager is on their lunch break or is absent. This will be working with 3/4 year olds. The other role is Manager of the Breakfast Club working between 7.45 am and 9.00 am. This will be working with 3 to 11 year olds.
The total hours required is 37 hours – essentially working 7:45 - 4:30 Monday to Thursday and 7:45 - 4pm on a Friday.
The role is a permanent role starting in September, it may start as working through Vision and then you will transfer to the school after a number of weeks.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Deputy Pre-school Manager and Breakfast Club Manager you will:
1. NVQ level 3 qualification in childcare or equivalent (essential)
2. 2 years supervisory experience within an early years setting
Key responsibilities
As Deputy Pre-school Manager and Breakfast Club Manager you will be responsible for:
3. Formulating and meeting the aims and objectives of the pre-school
4. Implementing the policies through which they shall be achieved;
5. Managing staff and resources to that end; and
6. Monitoring progress towards their achievement;

Salary
£13 to £15 per hour
