Insurtech Insights is a global insurance media company connecting executives, entrepreneurs, and investors shaping the future of insurance. We have launched and scaled large-scale conferences worldwide and are expanding into digital media to leverage our network and introduce new services for the industry.
Part of United Media, we focus on building large-scale industry media and conference products across sectors like insurance, HR, private equity, and retail. To date, we've organically launched 8 media companies and acquired one more.

Your Responsibilities
Given our global expansion, this role is strategic in establishing us as a market leader. As our client base grows, you'll build relationships with C-level executives and SME business owners in finance and tech sectors. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Hiring, leading, and developing a team
* Developing strategies and processes
* Segmenting clients and organizing the team
* Managing the entire portfolio of accounts
* Building strong relationships with clients
* Upselling and cross-selling
* Collaborating with other teams
* Attending conferences and industry events
What we expect from you
You should have an exceptional work ethic and a high sense of urgency. You are proactive, ownership-driven, humble, and passionate about building new businesses. We expect that you:
* Have several years of successful account management experience
* Have led a team or aspire to do so
* Can build strong stakeholder relationships
* Can shape processes and define account segmentation strategies
* Manage a portfolio systematically and prioritize effectively
* Are proactive and follow through on commitments
* Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Have a relentless drive to excel
