Senior Surveyor – Hightown

Salary: £64,100 per annum (35‑hour week)

Responsibilities
* Head up the Healthy Homes Team, leading a team of six surveyors and operatives to deliver high‑quality inspections and remedial works in line with Awaab’s Law.
* Oversee our Stock Condition Survey programme, ensuring accurate asset data and compliance with housing standards.
* Manage major works projects such as roof replacements and component upgrades.
* Provide expert technical advice on building defects, disrepair cases, and regulatory compliance.
* Collaborate across departments to deliver a seamless, customer‑focused service.
Requirements
* RICS Qualified.
* Knowledge and experience of operating Awaab’s Law.
* Relevant and up‑to‑date knowledge of building construction, surveying, and building regulations.
* Housing Health and Safety Rating qualified inspector.
* Proven experience in surveying, asset management, or property maintenance.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
* Excellent knowledge of housing regulations, building safety, and disrepair legislation.
* A proactive, solution‑focused mindset with a passion for improving homes and services.
