Kick-start your career in sustainability and make a real-world impact from day one. At Lucideon, we’re looking for a Graduate ESG Analyst to join our Assurance Services team. If you’re passionate about sustainability, data and making a difference, this is your opportunity to build specialist expertise in carbon and ESG reporting—while developing towards a career as a professional auditor. Why this role is different This isn’t a “sit and watch” graduate role. From the start, you’ll get hands-on experience working on real ESG and carbon assurance projects, learning from experts and building technical skills that are in high demand. This role is site-based in Penkhull, Stoke-on-Trent. What you’ll be doing You’ll support the delivery of ESG and carbon audits across a range of industries, including: Analysing environmental, energy and ESG data Supporting reporting frameworks such as GRI, SECR, UK ETS, GHG Protocol and GRESB Taking part in site interviews and evidence gathering Preparing audit reports and verification statements Working on multiple projects with colleagues across the business Building relationships with clients and stakeholders Continuously developing your technical and auditing skills What we’re looking for We’re looking for curious, analytical graduates who want to build a career in sustainability and assurance.
