They now have several fully remote opportunities for Senior Pension Administrators. These roles will allow you to further develop your technical knowledge while supporting service delivery to clients and individual members. Key responsibilities include:
1. Managing various administration activities related to pension schemes, such as processing leavers, data changes, setting up benefits into payment, handling policyholder inquiries, and annual scheme updates.
2. Performing pension calculations with team support, entering pension data, and responding to inquiries.
3. Collaborating within a team to continuously improve processes and client service.
Candidates should have proven experience in pension administration, particularly with Defined Benefit arrangements. The ideal candidate will be numerate, organized, comfortable working with numbers, and able to collaborate effectively within a team.
