About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail‑oriented Study Support Service Facilitator to join our team. This role is essential in providing operational support to clinical research teams, ensuring the smooth delivery of study support services. You will play an essential role across the entire study life cycle, from contributing to pre‑approval services, such as the Planning and Placement Service and national cost attribution tools, to managing post‑approval activities including portfolio and on‑request support. By navigating internal NIHR and CPMS processes and managing critical documentation, you will support external stakeholders in maintaining the highest standards of research governance and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
• Engaging with multiple partners across the region, fostering collaboration and coordination through the facilitation of communities and events.
• Maintaining proficiency in cost and attribution tools, ensuring adept support for regional organisations with their data requirements.
• Supporting the delivery of services within the NIHR Regional Research Delivery Network (RRDN) Study Support Service, which will be seamlessly integrated within the collective national Study Support Service, serving as the cornerstone of the NIHR Research Delivery Network (RDN).
• Coordinating and providing essential support to enable the smooth operation of services, contributing significantly to the overarching goals of the RDN.
