About the Opportunity:

Day-to-Day Duties:
* Assisting with property inspections, reports, and transactions
* Supporting lease negotiations, rental assessments, and asset reviews
* Contributing to investment appraisals and planned disposals
* Preparing documents, data and summaries for client presentations
* Visiting properties across the UK to support ongoing project work
* Working alongside experienced consultants and learning on the job
What We're Looking For:
* A degree or background in real estate, surveying, or property management
* Keen interest in pursuing a recognised qualification or accreditation (training provided)
* Strong communication and written skills
* Competent IT user with the ability to produce professional reports
* UK driving licence and flexibility to travel for site visits
* Ideally based within commuting distance of Central Birmingham
