Client Service Specialist - Healthcare
Here at Alexander Lloyd, we are currently partnered with a leading employee benefits consultancy that are keen to continue their growth throughout the business and are looking for an experience client service specialist to join their healthcare team.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Administer all aspects of healthcare schemes such as: PMI, cash plans, EAP's
* Act as the primary point of contact for all client queries
* Process renewals, obtain quotes from insurers and produce reports to your consultant
Essential Criteria:
* Must have prior healthcare employee benefit administration experience
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
