They help businesses build safe, compliant, and positive working environments — and are now looking for an experienced Health & Safety Consultant to join their team. The role As a Health & Safety Consultant, you’ll manage a portfolio of clients, providing practical guidance and hands-on support across health, safety, and risk management. You’ll lead audits, deliver engaging training, and play a key role in driving continuous improvement in safety culture and compliance. Key responsibilities * Carry out comprehensive health, safety, and fire risk assessments * Develop and implement tailored H&S management systems and policies * Provide clear, solution-focused advice and support to clients * Deliver engaging H&S training sessions and workshops * Act as Lead Consultant for key client accounts * Promote and support the use of H&S software and reporting platforms * Stay up to date with UK legislation, guidance, and best practice * Identify opportunities to develop and grow existing client relationships About you * Proven experience in a Health & Safety Consultant role (or similar client-facing position) * Recognised qualification (NEBOSH / IOSH or equivalent) * Strong working knowledge of UK H&S legislation and best practice * Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills * Fire safety qualification(s) (desirable) * Confident using Microsoft Office and H&S software systems * Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle * Working towards or already CMIOSH status (advantageous) What’s on offer * Competitive salary up to £55,000 plus £5,000 car allowance * Flexible working – primarily remote with site visits as required * 24 days holiday bank holidays your birthday off * Company pension and ongoing professional development support * Commission for identifying and supporting business growth * Supportive, collaborative, and forward-thinking team environment If this role is of interest, please apply using the contact details provided
