Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical Bias) – Chemical Manufacturing?? Location: Bingley?? Salary: £45,000 + Excellent Benefits Package?? Shifts: Monday to Friday, Rotating 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pmAre you a Mechanically Biased Maintenance Engineer looking for a new challenge in a chemical manufacturing environment?We’re working with a well-established chemical manufacturer in Bingley seeking a skilled Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical Bias) to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a highly regulated, process-driven environment with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.?? The Role:
* Mechanical maintenance & fault finding on pumps, conveyors, mixers, and production equipment
* Hydraulics, pneumatics, and rotating machinery maintenance
* Conducting preventative & reactive maintenance to minimize downtime
* Assisting with installations, modifications, and improvement projects
* Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards in a hazardous environment
?? What We're Looking For:
* Mechanically qualified (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, HNC/HND or equivalent)
* Experience in a chemical, process, or manufacturing environment
* Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, and rotating equipment
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Health & safety awareness in hazardous and regulated environments
