A leading ServiceNow Partner are looking to hire a ServiceNow Team Leader / Scrum Master to spearhead a major transformation project centred around an on-premises ServiceNow implementation that integrates various ServiceNow modules. This role involves managing projects that encompass Service Management, Enterprise Asset Management, SPM, and innovative Now-based development from the ground up.
Responsibilities
* Craft and oversee the project work plan, monitor progress, and address issues, including platform support.
* Engage with all key stakeholders regularly to update them on progress.
* Collaborate with customers and the change team to ensure the development of appropriate solutions.
* Aim for continual improvement in product delivery and business services.
* Uphold Service Management standards within the support and change teams.
* Coordinate with product owners and SMEs to ensure project objectives are precisely interpreted by the change team.
* Monitor epics and backlogs to oversee the project portfolio’s progress.
* Work closely with stakeholders, project leads, and architects to ensure timely issue resolution and maintain delivery momentum.
* Recognise and convey the interdependencies within projects, prioritising tasks effectively within the ServiceNow change programme.
Background and Experience
* Proven success in managing and implementing ServiceNow projects.
* A UK national eligible for security clearance up to at least SC level.
* Experience managing teams across multiple locations.
* Deep knowledge of ITIL processes including Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
* A commitment to a customer-centric approach in all tasks.
* Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships and propel initiatives at senior levels.
* Exceptional leadership and team-building prowess, capable of managing diverse multi-disciplinary teams.
* Ability to communicate complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive levels.
* Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
