A Global Security Solution organisation is currently recruiting for a Technical Engineering Lead C-CURE specialist (Security Systems) to be based UK / London / Reading / Slough with up to 50% travel UK & EMEA. This Technical Engineering Lead C-CURE specialist (Security Systems) will be the product expert for the C-Cure Enterprise Security Management solution. This role will serve as the Centre of Excellence of all company C-Cure customers. This role will provide support to that customer based for both new works, adds, moves and changes as well as both planned and reactive maintenance. This role will need a Level 2 - AC9005 – C-CURE 9000 Advanced Integrator Certification, a home base in the UK with a valid driving licence and please note this role will have up to 50% travel. The Lead Technical Engineer will also work with the customer service and support team to make sure Planned Maintenance works are conducted using best practice and latest firmware and software and also that any EMEA Local Service Providers are fully trained and briefed on C-Cure where gaps in knowledge exist. This role will provide technical support and assistance to the Design and Sales team ensuring all new projects, tenders and pricing submissions are compliant with company standards, industry standards and will meet client expectations. Technical Lead Engineer C-CURE responsibilities include: * Coordinate, Commission, Test & Troubleshoot projects throughout EMEA. * Manage all server deployments and all programming activities. * Take responsibility for adherence to company technical standards on all projects. * Take responsibility for the upkeep of C-Cure technical certification programs for both company and LSPs where used. * Contribute to the technical design/design assurance and delivery of new complex, global projects. * Take the lead on company Equipment/Platform specification during pre-sales (new, potential clients) * Provide Technical / Operational support to internal teams when required. * Ensure all C-Cure projects that are delivered have undergone a detailed technical review and a validated Commissioning process. * Manage technical team/engineering personnel in country and provide support to colleagues within the EMEA region as the technical department grows. * Service and maintenance support – assisting field engineers, LSPs and clients resolving technical problems, commissioning/programming. Providing remote support to customers, colleagues, and subcontractors. * Account management assistance in support of company growth opportunities. * Support new company initiatives and assist in business development efforts. * Travel to sites to meet clients and build relationships. * Manage, supervise, and organize existing Engineers; mentor, train and develop their skillset. * Hands on commission projects where necessary. * Engage in open C-Cure service tickets and assist in resolving technical problems. * Take responsibility for training new / existing internal engineers To apply please email a cv
