Overview
MWH Treatment is an integrated design and build provider working in the water sector. We are strengthening our Construction and Project delivery teams with Senior Engineers assigned to a project or section within our programme of work across multiple sites.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the Site Engineering team in setting out and dimensional control. Equipment management and calibration, weekly and monthly instrument checks.
* Ensure the drawing register is managed, updated, and maintained.
* Ensure as-built survey records and drawings are managed and maintained.
* Manage Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
* Manage Temporary Works and lead a TW’s team, TWC’s, TWS’s, etc.
* Manage lifting operations and lead the lifting team, crane operators, supervisors, banksmen, etc.
* Manage safe systems of work, RAMS and COSHH assessments.
* Review and progress short-term lookahead programmes.
* Manage material take-offs, place orders, and call off materials to site.
* Contribute to design and development, constructability, commissioning, operation, and maintenance.
* Manage and review site diaries and records; manage subcontractors and suppliers.
* Contribute to risk and opportunity identification and management.
About You
Mandatory
* Experience leading a Site Engineering team, working on various projects.
* Strong client service focus and excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
* An understanding of supply chain expectations.
* CDM and Health & Safety knowledge.
* SMSTS or IOSH Qualified.
* Temporary Works Coordinator ( suitably qualified).
* Lifting Operations Appointed Person (CPCS Qualified).
* Service Coordinator (suitably qualified).
